Pricing questions
What counts as a scanned asset?
Every file processed by a batch scan or URL check counts once, whether it turns out compliant or not. Re-scanning a remediated file counts as a new asset. Text disclosures count as one asset each.
Do I need the Agency plan to use my own certificate?
Yes — BYOC signing is what makes your organization the attesting party on every manifest, and it's the core of the paid tier. The free tier signs with a clearly-labeled demo certificate suitable for evaluation only.
What happens to beta workspaces when billing starts?
Workspaces created during the private beta keep free access until general availability, and we'll give notice before any limit is enforced. Nothing you've scanned or signed changes retroactively.
How do top-up packs work?
A top-up is a one-time €29 purchase that adds 250 assets to your workspace as non-expiring credits. Credits are only consumed after your monthly plan allowance runs out — built for spiky campaign months without forcing a subscription. Available on Free and Agency.
What is the Compliance Evidence Archive?
Seven-year retention of timestamped provenance evidence, verification history and audit records for every asset processed by Authentrail. Standard plans purge working files after 30/90 days while the database audit trail persists; the archive preserves the signed files and evidence themselves — so if a client, legal team, regulator or procurement department asks three years from now, you can prove what happened. €99/mo on Agency, included on Enterprise.
Is there an annual option?
Yes — Agency is €2,990/yr (about 17% off the monthly price) and the Compliance Evidence Archive add-on is €990/yr. Enterprise agreements are annual by default and quoted on asset volume.
